Was shocked to discover they outsourced my work to another company. The quote they provided was EXTREMELY inflated and took advantage of the fact that I needed this work done ASAP. I overpaid by mistake. It’s been over 1 month and still awaiting a refund. Regret using their services.

Great Service & Quality!

Terrible service… after a week and many attempts to get a quote i received a quote which was literally double the amount on their website. I queried the quotes and got a re quote which all items were priced completely different to their website. They said their website had the wrong pricing(still hasnt been updated three months later) ps. Dont buy through their website (example: direct contact quote is R4600 excl Vat for 200 presentation folders and online quote is R4550 excl Vat for 100).I accepted a quote and paid in full and was told my shipment will be received in two weeks. Only received it almost two months later as it was accidentally sent to Durban a week prior to receiving it… now another month later a get a invoice for another R1090 which is apparently for Vat… So if you have patience and dont need your items urgently then go ahead (quality is good) but communications have been horrific all the way and make sure to follow up as they dont (at all)
