Absolutely the worst service, the guy behind the counter does not even know what a 4AWG lug is. Guys I do not reccomend you waste your time here. Even Builders is a better option...

Not the 1st time that I'm displeased at the lack of response to my request for a quotation.When one calls in, the sales guys or always too busy... even just to ask for their email address.Nevertheless, I got better joy at Voltex and they will surely get my 850k order.

Absolutely worst service ever encountered in SA. I went to exchange the solar panel I had bought from them which they refused, after an agreement on the telephone prior to driving 30miles to the store. They had no clue of their own exchange/return police. Please don't waste your time with this branch.
