Staff is nice but administration is really poor and needs improvement

Staff allowed a student to wax my mom's brows. No consent was given to this student prior to the waxing and we were not told that a student would be waxing my mom's brows. My mom now has scratches under her Brow from the waxing. It's been 4 days and the scratches have not healed. Management did nothing to resolve the situation. Completely unacceptable service.

I absolutely love Kellys Karma. Upon entry the ladies always welcomes me (and all the other clients) with the biggest smiles and most friendliest faces. The service is absolutely amazing, the hairstylerst always understands face shape and hair types to create looks that compliments the clients I have seen this as i happily visit once a week. They really do make the ladies feel nothing less than beautiful. They also offer recommendations to create a style that matches each person's unique fashion sense. My personal fav aside from getting my hair done is the wash and massage thereafter it's absolutely amazing. I could go on all day about the affordable prices and excellent service but i should probably stop talking...I 100% recommend Kellys Karma!XX Ashley
