I recently got my braces removed after a 2 year treatment. The journey started off mild. I had already performed my x-rays with a different ortho and moved cities. I found Dr Flax via google and I was glad he took me on as a patient. Bringing my previous Ortho's recommendations forward, I already had a second opinion to compare with Dr Flax's opinion. There was alignment between the 2 orthos which is a always a good start. Also the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Also they do try to accommodate ones schedule. When I had a sensitivity issue I was slotted in for a quick fix and treatment adjusted. Also there Dr Flax has a good relationship with my dentist which also aids ones treatment.On the con, like other reviewers have mentioned, you will pay more than other practices. Also ensure you do your research and ask all the necessary questions to ensure you are satisfied.
