Lawnmower Mecca - Tableview

Haven't been to lawnmower mecca for quite a while. Very helpful, friendly service. Managed to get what I needed to get my mower going again.

It has been 11 days since I gave the written go-ahead for a service job. On the same day I received an email from the branch manager Isaac confirming that they have received my go-ahead and will do the job. Phoned today and was told that they have not started the job!!!!!!

Desmond was incredibly helpful and I found him very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all my questions easily and was able to guide me to the right lawnmower for my needs. The after sale service was fantastic too. He followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly and I'll definitely be taking my mower there for any services going forward. Very impressed with Lawnmower Mecca in general, but really want to thank Desmond for making it such a painless experience.

Every time I have gone to the Table View branch I am impressed with the service. Donovan helped me this time round, the friendliness and help was great. They took the lawnmower out my car so I didn't have to. I received the quotation quikly and the repairs were also done quickly. Super happy thank you Donovan

As always, I had brilliant service at Lawn Mower Mecca Tableview. All of the guys are friendly and professional. This time was no different, with Donovan assisting me. Definitely recommend them.

Table View branch. Poor Service and lies. In April 2022 I took my lawnmower and broken lawnmower blade adapter to them. They indicated they would have to order the part and they took my details, they never contacted me. I had to contact them each time. Each time they claim they waiting for the part. Later on I contacted Rolux myself to try and source the part only to find out the part is no longer manufactored. I am not sure if they actually bothered to find the part, as if they had contacted Rolux they would have known the part is no longer available, but they insisted they had ordered and were simply awaiting the part. Hence I say they are liars. So I went back to Lawnmower Mecca to ask them to try and source a compatible part i.e. the shaft is 22mm and my blade is 40cm. So even I get a different blade, I would not mind. They insisted that this cannot be done and they will order the part (non-existent) as they stated many times before. So I perform my own research and will order a generic part that fits 22mm shaft and a compatible blade from Amazon. They lost a customer. Even though I bought a petrol weed eater, I wont take it to them as I dont trust them.Response: I am not disappointed that they did not have the part nor do I expect you to have every spare part for every mower. I am upset as they just basically lied to me every time I went in. My wife also went in as she stopped believing me, and guess what they gave her the run around as well.

What a ripoff unhelpful waste of time establishment this is. Went to them with my Homelight weedeater and was told they did not work on them. Neither did they even offer to look at it, even though it was a simple case of the fuel line that perished from being in storage for a very long time. This place has topped my list of most unhelpful ever.
