Bought a bed from this store for my elderly mom,the mattress was defective and after a 1 month long back and forth they finally decided to replace the mattress,they offered to collect the defective mattress the morning and deliver the new one before 6 the same evening!My mom was left without a mattress, utterly unprofessional I would say!

Quite frankly the worst experience I've had recently from a store. I paid for a lounge suite on Wednesday, it is now Sunday and I'm still sitting in an empty living room. I've been promised communication from Thursday but I receive nothing but excuses and empty promises. Despite the word of the store manager stating my suite was going to be delivered first thing today, as of 12:30 it has not been delivered. I would much rather pull my nails out with a rusty set of pliers than ever make use of OK Furniture Blue Downs again. Avoid like the plague and support a competitor instead

Terrible service - purchased a bed on Wednesday, with delivery scheduled for the following day.Thursday passed without any communication or explanation from anyone as to why delivery was not made.Friday - no deliverySaturday - no deliverySunday - no deliveryMonday - we asked for our money back.Pathetic service.
