I tried calling Jeanine the social worker but couldn't reach her. The receptionist guy is so rude, every time when i ask if Jeanine is on duty, he would transfer me without answering my question and when i call for the second time he will say Jeanine is off duty.

I am utterly disappointed by the service received from this Department. Their failure to attend to issues brought to their attention is appalling. In the past 12months, I have visited them no less than 7 times for the same issue. All I have been told is we'll look into your case and back to you. Shocking service indeed!!!!!!!
