Milkwood Village Shopping Centre

Lovely spot. Such a great atmosphere it just feels so laid back. The shopping in great and varied.There are several spots for dinner and even a massage.Local crafts are available here too.

There is a friendly spar where ever you are..this little village is being upgraded by the day.Sporting some curio stalls and home design store it also features Pollocks as well as Village Pub for all your great bites to eat during the days. Meeting up with your locals - and you can bring along your furry friends!

Nice medium-size market village in the center of Wilderness town. It has a lot of resturants, supermarket KuikSpar, craft stores, art stores, clothes store, and others. It is a nice place to sit, eat, relax, and enjoy the enivornment. It is a good place to visit and sit, and eat for families with kids. It has a children playground. It has plenty of car parking and very easy to access from N2 highway.

Unique hand crafted goods and artizinal foods on sale, but does not offer a very wide variety of goods available. The venue is also small, but it is pet friendly. Ablution blocks ate available as well as sanitizing stations at various points. SPAR is the main tenant if you need anything from a more traditional shop of sorts. Wheelchair accessible. Security guards on patrol. The Christmas Market is on each day of the week for the entire Christmas holiday period.Not a very large variety of items to select from, albeit all hand made. Speciality foods like that of German decent is available as well as a pancake stall. A few pubs are on sight with some good package deals available. Enquire within.Parking is available in an open courtyard just adjoining the venue. Please don't trust just anyone to take care if your car"

I love a leafy, shaded market. Milkwood Village's Sunday Market doesn't disappoint. There's a 'local' feeling here that many holiday destinations don't have. I was lucky enough to listen to Wendy Oldfield and her son, Keenan Scott, provide live entertainment. If you want to know things, ask Kelly at Freedom Feathers.I've seen bad reviews of Milkwood Village because it was closed during lockdown. Ridiculous!

Great atmosphere under the Milkwood trees. Lively vibe and lots of friendly people. Clean and well maintained. Definitely worth a visit when down in Wilderness.

Used to be great. Quite a few businesses closed since last visit, presumably due to the dreaded Covid. Replacements not quite to same standard or choice. Hope it improves going forwards.

A pleasant, quite part of town with tasty spots to grab a drink or food.
