Their produce is not very fresh, I have on more than one occastion bought meat, veg and dairy that have gone off. Not a very clean shop and has a strange smell.

As a regular client you expect a reasonable experience, however today upon wanting to purchase a single item. I was told no card purchases under R20. Now sure that is not a big amount but I was not willing to buy another time just for the sake of their turnover.We are in the modern age where the majority of people no longer carry cash.This is in unacceptable where I can now got across the road to another outlet and purchase what need without that concern.

Was there this morning. Desperately needed a toilet to be told that there is no toilet for customers and when i asked for toilet in the centrum to be told that i have to use the toilet by the total garage or by Kfc which is outside the building. I really don't want to shop there anymore and to hear that the manager has a private toilet. No respect for customers.

I hardly go there anymore as the store has deteriorated over the past years and nothing is done about it. It’s very untidy and has a rotting smell that greets you when you enter the store. My husband and I have bought meat that has gone off and returned it on numerous occasions. Not hygienic at all and desperately needs a revamp.
