I thoroughly enjoy working out at Primebuilt together with Rudy as our instructor.Rudy is very hands-on, friendly and motivates us as a group and individually, which makes it an absolute pleasure to get up early in the morning and go an excercise.Primebuilt offers various time slots and packages to suit everyone's needs and budget. Primebuilt also makes use of the Octiv system/app where you can easily schedule your workout for the week and keep track of your training and if need, injuries.I would highly recommend anyone to join and get your sweat on with a group of like minded ladies!

Rudy's classes are always filled with interesting, challenging exercises. He radiates enthusiasm which is contagious. I am noticeably stronger in less than 6 weeks of exercising with him at Prime. (I can now do a 2 minute plank, where I struggled to do 30s when I started)
