Very helpful staff. Environment is clean and safe for the animals. The animals in the area are well maintained and looked after.

Lovely people to help. Also great products for variety of pets. You can even get yourself some fish, birds and hamsters.

I always use this Pet shop as the staff are always so helpful and friendly, and the only place I go to have my cat collar tags printed.Today I went there to print two tags, and also look to see what collars were in stock. I walked in, went through the cat collars, could not find what I was looking for, at this stage no one acknowledged that I was in the store, I took two options to the counter, the lady at the counter was on the phone firstly, I told her what I was looking for and she rudely said that is the only stock there was, not, to try let's see what we could do, what my requests were etc, just rude, unfriendly and unwilling to assist me in any way. I decided that I was not going to buy the two collars had chosen for my other cats, and did not print my 2 tags for my kittens. I was so disappointed, but thoughts I would bring this to your attention. Thank you

Great Pet store which sells fish, small birds, some reptiles, food and other pet accessories. A wide variety available and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and helpful and enthusiastic about the products they sell especially Jessica who is such a pleasure to deal with.

The pets are so cute and the range of stock is good. The staff is usually wonderful. The Bright haired lady is always so helpful.

The staff is amazing... but wow the owner is something to write about.... lady you can be glad you have amazing staff because if it was not for them .... i dont think you will be this famous...... you are one rude lady ....
