The food was lovely. Staff came forth as cold. And they were moving a watered-down, almost empty bottle of Tabasco from table to table for the oysters. (This was the only tabasco available in the restaurant). Otherwise, it was a great vibe and wonderful family dining choice.

DEAR Larrys & Staff your food is fantastic!Portions are MORE than adequate and well worth the price! Always served warm.We are a huge group and never ever had an issue, illness nor scarce portions.We eat here often.The Food is always freshly prepared!I dont think previous reviews can be accurate.The problem is rather there was at the same time an overall presence of a tummy virus in the area due to the humid hot temperatures which can be transmitted in the air and off course guests visiting the area drink water from the taps even if advised not to and not withstanding warnings published and get ill of it.I'm sorry to say we had the same food and never ever got ill of it.Lian& Marieke you are amazing! A real family restaurant. Owners are always present, staff is fantastic and well trained, friendly and so helpful and willing to do everything for all their guests!Thank you for being so amazing. You are an example of how a restaurant should be run. You made our Baby Shower something to remember!

We really enjoyed this restaurant . The food is lovely and the staff is friendly. We took our dog willow to the restaurant since it was pet friendly and we had no problems. The views from the outside seating area is amazing. There is a designated smoke area. There is comfortable seating area outside and inside. A must visit when you are in the Uvongo area.

There was hair that was deep fried with my food, and the food was not of the best quality. No apologies were given for the hair in the food but the dish was taken off the bill on request. And my mothers pizza was uncooked and tasteless.

Such a lovely place for families. The view of the ocean is to die for & the kids have an area to play in. The waitresses are super friendly & deserve the best tips ever! I highly recommend this place.

Larry's is on the corner of the suburb, the last street before the beautiful ocean greets you. There's an ocean pool and majestic rocks as your scenery. The food quality and portion size is great however the evening we arrived we had our prawns served cold. The food was delicious so we didn't mind too much. Definitely a place to visit when on the south coast.

Extremely racist environment. No waiters were to be seen as we entered. We had to seat ourselves. Waiters only noticed us after 20 minutes to hand us a menu, which at this point I told my partner I want to leave as we were being completely ignored but he insisted that we stay, waiters kept walking by us but nobody stopped. There were plenty staff working and the restaurant was not very busy...this makes me believe that an issue of racism is at play. Staff were entertaining white customers and ignoring us people of colour... When we questioned a waiter about this... We were told that the group of customers being entertained were good friends of the waiters. I witnessed white waiters dealing with orders, bringing our food and drinks and clearing out tables, thereafter a person of colour came out to wipe down the tables. If you're a white person I highly suggest u going to this place because you will get top priority but if you are a person of colour I seriously do not recommend putting yourself through the amount of pain I felt being at this restaurant. We had foods that were fried and it was extremely oily and seemed as if it was not well drained.

Great for Adults and Children. Spectacular view and very friendly staff. Stunning atmosphere and very delicious food. The play area for children is beautiful and clean.
