I took my father's there to be fixed in February this year because it was only cranking but couldnt start, they messed around with the and said the computer box needs to be reprogrammed and the dont have the code. The car was there for two months a some week coz i took it in early April, when i went to take it they demanded money for removing the ignition and said that's the labour they did on the car. When i went to check the car i gound the wires were not put back and the immobiliser system was not working anymore, and worse the car radio was broken(the face was missing). When i went to the manager he said with an attitude what can we do with a face without a radio?" And i was like "what will am i going to do with a radio without a face?" Then he arrogantly said ok that's small change I'll buy you a new one and call u to collect it

The vehicle services always the best to refer other people

I brought my car here for an oil change just after 7am, and it took them the whole day while waiting for it's quote and invoice.Other cars were brought in as I was waiting, but they had them done while mine was being overlooked. I think this is because i was only here for an oil change. Not much commission there, right?And no one takes responsibility for anything. I asked them to make sure that they have breakpads in stock 4 days before appointment day and still nothing.I'm never coming back here.Poor service. Very poor.Do not take your car there unless your invoice is going to be more than R8000. Then they'll act for you, commission gets people excited.7am to 15h00 for oil change? What type of oil is this? Do you produce it your selves? Is that why it took so long? Was it in production all along? Or you get it from Mars?

Poor service overall,I brought in my car for central lock for 4 doors and the boot is now affected nand not opening,the technicians don't botherPerforming due dilligence ,the worst customer service in south africa,I serviced my car with them since it was new and every time they fail to even diagnose small problems but quick to quote and blame me for their incompetence.

The worst service place ever. Thanks to westvaal plk for losing my personal belongings, including my user manual, my service book, my sunroof warranty, my service plan book, my toe eye, not to mention my spectacles, car spray, screwdrivers. i mean, they even lost my 4 wheel nuts. And yes they did not even replace anything. I am now going to take legal action against them. Thanks to Pauline Pretorius and Rocky Scott for not taking care of my stuff.

Prices ridiculously inflated. Avoid at all cost. Parts are almost 800% mark up above retail. R1800 for NGK BKR6E11 spark plugs that cost R200 a set retail at midas. Sad part is the manager says the price is attractively discounted. I paid R117 for an sump plug washer.
