Double booked, overcrowded, excessively loud, spent 5 hours there due to the stylist not listening to what I wanted the first time, had to dye and wash a second time and got my face dyed all the way to my eyes due to them rushing (3 hours before I'm supposed to be at a wedding, had to use makeup to cover it), and ended up with hair that was not the colour I asked for. Might just have been an off day for them, but it was an important one to me. Did not get the full salon feel/experience but definately paid the full solon price. Not a good experience.

Super friendly and professional staff at all times.I know I can always depend on walking out of this salon feeling and looking my best! They give the BEST head massages. l will recommend Kreations to anyone that want a peace of mind in hairstyling. Bonus is that you can have your nails, lashes or waxing done at the same time.

I am always sceptical of going to a new hairdresser, but I am extremely satisfied with my new look. It is a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They definitely have a new customer for life!

Walked in a mess and walked out in style. Thank you Ilse for fixing my hair colour and giving me the perfect hairstyle. Everybody was very friendly and the relaxing scalp massage and coffee was a bonus. I will be back!

So disappointed. Informed them that my hair colour is too yellow and orange but the owner and hair stylist refuses to acknowledge my issues. They don’t value clients and take responsibility for a awful job. Very abrupt and rude response from owner. Disgusting and Unprofessional.
