14 on Klein Constantia

I was looking forward for a long time to stay at the 14 on Klein constantia because it was recommended by friends to me. So I booked it for the last 2 days of my businesstrip to capetown to have the chance to relax after some very busy days.Unfortunately I got the information on the evening before my arrival, that my booking was cancelled - which caused me a lot of stress, as I had planned everything according to my stay there and because I had another photoshoot on that day.So I contacted the location immediately after I got that message - it was obviously because the credit card debit form didn’t worked (but it worked with all other locations where I stayed, so seemed to be a problem from their side) but they only told me, that I had not tried it,?? what was wrong!!I tried many times, but it didn’t worked!! and so I got only very rude answers, that I am too late and then I got blocked on WhatsApp, which was the only way to reach them!?!?I was really shocked by this behavior and find it highly unprofessional, especially because I had to find another comparable place during high season - but thank good I did and this place was amazing! Super helpful service, we were even allowed to check in already at 12 am, beautiful and calm surrounding, so paradise for us and at least a much more friendly staff - this place was The Vergenoegd Löw Wine Estate - and I recommend this place for 10000%

What an incredible stay. Michael‘s Guest House is beautifully located in the Constantia Valley and is the perfect starting place to explore the vineyards and the cape.Everything is thought through. The design of the rooms, the beautiful garden and pool with awesome views of the backside of table mountain, or the individual breakfast prepared by the owner and staff.It is absolutely necessary to mention, what an incredible host Michael was to us. His recommendations were always great, he took care of restaurant reservations (and even managed to get a table for us in places that were fully booked when I called them) and everything else that came to our minds (like where to get COVID tests).We enjoyed every second of our time there and will come back for sure on our next trip.

Brilliant in very way. It is such a peaceful place to stay and everything is done to the highest standard.Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

On last year's trip to SA we visited #14 on Klein Constantia & Michael kindly showed us around. We were so impressed that we booked for 8 nights whilst there. We have stayed here previously but we wanted to stay in the cottage this year.I am so glad that we did. We sadly left this morning after 8 days of total relaxation at this special place.Our cottage was huge, beautifully furnished & the huge bed was so comfortable. Everything worked & the room is cleaned & refurbished daily to the nth degree. Nothing is too much trouble for his 2 ladies.The breakfasts are amazing & served in the garden, at 1 of several locations.The gardens themselves are immaculately kept & the flowers and shrubs are beautiful. As for the huge, spotlessly clean pool, wow.Michael himself is a truly delightful host & nothing is too difficult for him to sort out or arrange. His detailed knowledge of the local area is invaluable.We have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world & many times to SA. There is no doubt that #14 is by far the best place we have ever stayed.We will definitely return to this little bit of paradise.

Great stay in this five star bed and breakfast. Both owner Michael and his staff are there to support and spoil you. The accommodation in the beautiful historical house is 5 stars and very tasteful renovated interior. The breakfast is very good and special wishes can be taken care of. Sharing the table in the garden for breakfast is cosy and the other guests are without exception nice people to have contact with. If you want to have privacy then this is not a problem because the garden has several nice spots where you can relax and the rooms are as big as apartments and you feel immediately at home. The garden is beautiful with lots of flowers and a pond. The saltwater pool is a plus, nice to relax after a day out. Location is superb and safe.

Amazing and stylish accommodation, cozy garden with a nice pool. Here you really can enjoy the spirit of the gardenroute and enjoy the incredible good wines. The owner is really carring and a perfect host. We come back for sure.

We had an exceptional stay at 14 on Klein Constantia. The manor house is beautiful and the rooms are modern luxury. Service and hospitality was fantastic. Breakfasts were delicious - served in the lovely, lush gardens.

We have been staying at this amazing B&B for many years. It is beautifully done with a fabulous garden and pool area.Michael and Fulya are amazing and attentive hosts and the breakfast is beautifully presented and cooked by Michael.We are very much looking forward to our next stay.

Simply amazing.The owner, staff and 2 dogs were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious.Rooms were very nicely decorated and clean and the bed was the best I ever slept in. 100% recommend staying there !

What a beautiful guest house. Michael has created the perfect place for a relaxing stay.Stunning gardens with gorgeous views of the mountains. Wonderful breakfasts enjoyed outside. Rooms are lovely and have everything you may need. Perfect location for trips to Camps Bay, Cape Town and of course the vineyards. Looking forward to booking up again next year.
