It is a wonderful hotel set on a beautiful stretch of beach. The bedrooms are good, beds are comfortable & the bathrooms have showers with a large bath. Disappointed that small items are not available like extra toiletries, extra water for the room. Had to collect our own ice from another floor, as room service does not cater for that. Other than that, we had an enjoyable time.

It was great visiting this iconic coastal destination after years. It was my first time visiting as an adult. The drive was pleasant and the venue brought back many happy memories. A lot has changed but much is still the same. I miss the dark games section... which made you feel like you escaped into another world and everything seems smaller than I remember them. But it was still fun and the beaches were amazing.

I absolutely love staying at the Wild Coast the beach is breathtakingly calm and beautiful!!! The rooms are super gorgeous and comfortable!!! The service and the staff are always welcoming!!!Only thing that we're certainly not happy about, was the fact that the tables are all in non smoking area and closes at 2am. There's no other place to purchase cigarettes other then the 2 machines that were out of order our entire stay.

Love the upgrade to the arcade area. Just wish they had continued it to the bathroom. The ladies bathroom in the arcade area is in desperate need of some work. The toilets flushing mechanism is faulty. There was more than one toilet that constantly had water running. Same with atleast two of the taps. Even though they are closed, they leak water. The lights were flickering.

Still a great place to go to, service is great, rooms are clean and great. Security can really be beefed up on the beach. You would expect it to be safe, but it's not. Had an uncomfortable experience which led to an altercation with a guy dressed in shabby clothing, no security to ensure safety of patrons and later saw him entering the resort through the water park entrance as it is not manned by security personnel.The safety of your patrons should be a priority.

This place is honestly so disappointing. I have been here over the Easter weekend. I had money left in my room(in a my bag) hence the safe wasn’t working. I went jet skiing. And when I got back to my room my money was stolen. The hotel security had not been helpful, they were rude. Next morning they have told me the cleaner is the suspect. When I had asked them what’s the next approach, the security manager and hotel manager had told me that it’s not they money and they aren’t worried. It was R5500 that went missing. When I have reached back home to Durban . I’ve made a call to ask them on the next approach on how should I retrieve my money, they were rude and used Vulgar words.

Not as elaborate as sibaya or suncoast. However the kiddies play area is a lot bigger and has great views. Fun for kids and adults. The area is well spaced and has great views of the beach.Staff are very friendly and there are many activities to do other than games.Food options are good. Chicken and fish being the most common. There is bowling for family and groups to enjoy. Also has pool tables. Lots of parking and well lit

Major improvements being done for entertainment purposes. Great fun for the family. Rooms are adequateThe only issue the drive as its like in the middle of nowhere but it's worth the trip

Fabulous getaway. Highly recommend you going. It's a fabulous location which seems to transport you to some exotic beach location. This is an affordable holiday destination and it's suitable for the whole family. The extra activities are affordable and within walking distance of the rooms. The pool area is stunning and there is an indoor pool as well.
