We love Chayse and this gym for our 7 year old. A wholesome place where respect is taught and our little guy can look up to some great role models while learning to kickbox, have fun and may I say kicka** ;)

Read This!I’ve trained in a lot of gyms and SASL is by far my favourite. Everyone is welcoming and it’s just such a nice environment to train in. The Gym also provides all the gear you need if you can’t afford your own which is amazing. If you are looking for quality classes and a great community I would definitely recommend this Gym.Update:I have been training at SASL for over a year now and my original 5star review still stands. No matter your age, gender or goals as a martial artist SASL welcomes all. Your first class is always free so come try it out for yourself!

One’s first impression is of a professional, well kept and organized gym. You always feel welcome and at ease. Coaching is exercised with care and expertise. The impartation of knowledge and skill is always done with encouragement. One always leaves feeling stronger than when you walked in.
