Rewiew from Salt Cycling wear: We had an urgent Cycling race and needed a Gazebo and Directors Chairs within 5 days. They assisted us very quickly and delivered a great quality product! So disappointed by the customer service from reception. Upon collecting my order I found a big gate that was shut. I stood there for a while hoping they have a camera and they'll open for me. After standing for a while I hooted. I was then told that I must never hoot again and if I do they will not open for me. I asked why they dont have a sign directing customers to parking. The lady said the sign fell off. I sked why they didn't send me an email with the hooting protocol to enter the premises. The lady said they never thought of it. I don't think they like interacting with people very much. Not returning here.

Great service , wonderful editing the staff were so helpful especially Annelize and patient and so very helpful. My Gazebo wall cover and telescopic banners look so beautiful I am so excited thank again I will definitely place orders in future.
