Great place with enough parking for both the visitors and residents. If you are looking for an apartment that is within the city but feel like you are in the wilderness with the ambience, this is a great place for that as you are greated by sounds of different bird species in the morning plus amazing sounds as you look at the stars from you personal back garden or the balcony of your apartment

One of the best apartments I've been to before. Great service from the securities at the gate, they were very warm and welcoming. Greeted us with smiles and would always come check on us. The apartments are very modern and spacious. Environment is clean, child and family friendly. There's an outdoor communal pool for those sunny days. Some residents are friendly, some not. Most exciting part is it overlooks the table mountain and its not far from Gardens Shopping center (literally 5-10mins walk), not far from Camps Bay beach, Long Street, V&A waterfront and other tourists places, so it is really convenient.
