Our stay was so awsome didn't want to leave. Everything is so neat n tidy always. It's peaceful and the pool n braai area is its just everything you want it to be. Mark made our booking n stay very special. He is very friendly n accommodating. Very helpful aswell. I'm looking forward to my next stay

Omg.. this place is awesome. Everything up to date from the receptionist.. hygiene..that place deserves 10 stars. The lady who welcomed us God bless her soul..such a darling. I'd definitely visit again when i come to durban

We spent 3 days here and found it to be secure, affordable accommodation. The management and staff, our host Verne were professional and polite at all times. If you do visit don't miss the breakfasts!

Good Day Buckleigh Guest HouseI posted this review 2 years ago expressing my view on the level of service I received when I stayed there for two nights. I must mention that this was the last time I or anyone in the company I work for have ever stayed at your Guest House. I only rated the place without a review to spare you the embarrassment and now two years later you respond calling me childish???? Well you wanted to know why we no longer stay there, while we still have representatives down in Durban at least four time a month so here goes: The receptionist for one in very incompetent, I made a booking, made payment and while driving down from JHB I phone to confirm and she still manage to mess the reservation up. The shower is absolutely filthy, the carpet in the room looks like it have not seen a vacuum cleaner in a long time as there is piles of dust on the edges and corners. I was woken up twice to move my vehicle after I have asked if it was ok to park there. The directions that the receptionist give was so confusing I manage to drive past the place a couple of time before I manage to find the entrance. The cupboard in the room is filthy I could not hang my shirts there. These are just the things I could remember, so if you would like to call me childish for that then you need a good hard look in the mirror because you are definitely not worth the stars you were awarded for that dump.

Thanks to you all Buckleigh guest house staff for such a great hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay, our room was so neat and clean and all of you were so friendly and nice to us and always available when we needed you we really felt at home God bless. Justine, Mark and the ladies thanks a million. We would definitely come back at any given time.
