This firm, and specifically one of its attorneys, Estelle Labuschagne, handed in a fraudulent will to the court to get my late brothers RAF money. This fraudulent will was produced by my father after my brother died. Estelle and her law firm knew my brother died without a will and called me to Pretoria to confirm the will was fraudulent. They had a forensic writing analyst produce a 30 page report proving the will was fraudulent. They had me open a case at SAPS. When that went nowhere, Estelle Labuschagne of Surita Marais Attorneys in Pretoria, simply handed in the fraudulent will so they could get the R1 million from my brother's estate. This is one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen in my life. This law firm, Surita Marais Attorneys, are absolutely fraudulent, handing in fraudulent wills, and ripping off the RAF. From a service provider end, the service received is horrid! Call center agent kept answering with an attitude and could not answer the question. RAF need to train their employees to answer with respect!!!

Ayi service is a bit slow due to this covid.so there quality of service is poor I guess its covid19

No one ever helps..they don't answer the phones and we are treated as criminals.. to this day no one has helped me..not even the complaints department...it is pathetic..that's why I am not goin to sue the Raf.

I always know the other side of them until I'm there personally. I was moved and in tears when I learn their hard work, dedication and passion to serve the people......wooooow

If the lawyers follow up it suppose to be done correctly by the lawyers the the Road Accident Fund will never ever have a bad name it is due to the reuctancy of ny lawyer that only half my money has been paid our to me.

I visit the office park frequently. The offices are easily accessible, clean and very secured. The officials are quiet helpful and friendly. However there are no refreshment shops but only vending machines for snacks.

They keeping hanging up the phones, and it is mostly woman, why do people look for jobs if they don't want to work.
