I briefed them as part of a project via Digital-HQ and Digital Drawing Room, and for a turn-key solution. The proposal was a bait-and-switch. Service which was discussed as part of the quotation was later indicated in the proposal as a sponsorship. They are very overpriced for the generic and basic work they delivered. The service and communication is pathetic. The feedback was mostly about how much pressure they are under. Despite having paid them a large sum of money, I eventually used another company to do the work properly and according to my specifications.They do many internal projects which they clearly prioritise over those of paying clients.
