Very good service today been to see the doctor done my INR and collected my medication. The staff was very friendly and polite

The lady that does the x-ray is so awful she has no passion for kids she shouted at my 1 year old because she was crying and did not sit still then she has the audacity to tell me next time my child come I have to prep her an explain to her what is going to happen so I said she's 1 years old she then tells me my child has a brain she will understand because other 1 year olds does not cry she should quit her job if she does not have a passion for it because clearly a 1 year old cannot understand what is expected of them when it comes to an x-ray all kids are different she just has no patience with kids.

The nurses are amazing and friendly. The senior sister keeps her finger on the pulse which results in the hospital being run efficiently. As a result of Covid all cars park outside the premises.

This place is awful, just terrible.On the 10th October 2022, I had an appointment at the dentist, and I might say it was just a bad experience.At first one of the patrons told me that my tooth didn't need to be extracted because it was healthy and that they would only examine my tooth.However another patron told me that a tooth was surfacing behind my tooth and will cause an infection if left untreated and advised me to extract it immediately.So, I let them extract the tooth, however they were unable to do so and just broke the tooth.Now, I have to deal with the pain of a broken and waste time and money on surgically removing a broken tooth that they failed to extract.The dental practice should have been better equipped for handling and extracting teeth instead of using prying tools to force a tooth out. They should be able to better examine and decide whether or not to conduct a normal extraction or a surgical extraction.This place sucks.

Came to the day hospital for someone else, but this experience isn't the greatest1. Hospital should smell fresh and clean2. Staff should be professional ,polite, and have empathy and care.3. If the person isn't on their post to give a slip then go and get them the slip4. Acknowledge ,greet your clients.

Still waiting on a test done 2 weeks ago, it's going in for 3 weeks... And when we call there is no answer. Terrible!!!

Pathetic!Nurses have a terrible attitudes towards the patients. Waiting time is according to when they feel necessary to attend to you.They make you que early in the morning g to wait 5 hours for nothing. If you speak to the nurse about the times you get told things that are not true and don't care about the patients. TB patients and covid patients are put together and they find any reason to test you for civic even if you are not there for civic and are vaccinated.By far the worst experience ever thanks to nurse D Delmar.
