I wish I could give less than 1 star rating. Liv Green shows items on their website that they actually don't have stock of, which is disappointing because why advertise something you don't have? I bought a fridge from them that never arrived and needed a refund, what's disappointing is that they only started telling me this almost 15days after I had made the initial purchase. If you have another option buy elsewhere and save yourself the stress.

Shockingly poor service. Ordered and checked out for collection ready to pay the 10% holding before delivery as per website but no comms for three days.Then this lady calls me to say price has changed and 50% holding is required. She then rambles off, whispers to someone else and says she'll call back and still after two weeks have not heard back from them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Poor service, advertised and took payment for an item they did not even have, tried to force me to pay extra for an item I purchased because it went up in price between me buying (AND PAYING FOR) it and them dispatching it (which took almost a week), over-charged me for delivery (confirmed with the courier company), and are now ignoring my repeated requests for a purchase receipt so that I can register the warranty for the products they sold me. It is very fishy that they would ignore such a simple request (the purchase proof should've been in the box as is standard practice) and it makes me very suspicious. One of the most unethical businesses I've ever been unfortunate enough to deal with. Multiple complaints of similar experiences on other review sites - strongly advise everyone to stay away from them and not be lured in with false discounts and special offers. In the end you'll pay more, get less, and go through a nightmare just to try and finalize the dealings. Shocking and shameful.

My wife purchased a tumble dryer on their website. It has been 3weeks and we do not get any response from them. Phone lines do not work. No reply to emails. It’s like a scam company. Seems like we just lost our money. Contemplating opening a criminal case against Liv Electronics.

It was all well and good until our convection microwave needed repairs (within a month of having it!) Took them 2 weeks to pick it up. Then it's been in repairs for a month, only for the repair company (Seartec) to apparently lose our oven. Terrible service from Liv Green as they never call us back, the delivery company they use are awful, and now it looks like we won't have a convection microwave for Christmas.

I had a very pleasant transaction with Live Green Electronics. I ordered a Chest freezer, it arrived a few days after ordering. The Chest freezer lock had an issue (Not their fault). I spoke to the team and they organized a replacement which arrived very quickly. Their service and keeping you up to date is very good from my experience, and i couldn't fault them. They did all the liaising with their supplier and got them to contact me when they can replace the unit. I'm very happy with the product and the service that was given. Thank you Ashley & Malcolm

DO NOT Deal with this illegitimate company. I purchased a SSMEG extractor fan worth R30000 from them on the basis that they were reputable and had a proper return and refund policy.Firstly the delivery was a mess up with me having to make numerous calls to resolve. Eventually when it got delivered we opened the box to make sure the goods were properly packed, as the side of the box was torn during delivery. None of the products inside the box were opened and were still wrapped as packed by the manufacturer. We ended up changing our minds about the product and I emailed the company to ask for a return and refund in line with their policy. After numerous calls and emails which were ignored I was finally transferred to the CEO after a week of sending my original email.He then proceeded to tell me he is doing me a favor by dealing with SMEG on my behalf to process the return. To which I was utterly confused by, as I had dealt with Live green and not SMEG. After shouting over me on the call and not allowing me to describe my experience he eventually agreed that as long as the product was in its original packaging they would inspect and process the refund.My husband then went to deliver the goods and the CEO again tried to claim the refund would not be processed and was going on about the box being unsealed despite all the products inside the box still being perfectly wrapped as per the original packaging. He then informed my husband that he would only process the refund once SMEG refunded him (which is not a process stated in the return policy).All in all my husband had to drive to Marlboro to SMEG with a company employee to get them to inspect the goods and confirm all was in order. Which of course it was and SMEG were even confused why there was an issue as the product was in perfect unused unopened condition. All this took about 3 hours in total.Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this unreputable and dishonest company and rather use a bigger merchant who actually stands by their policies and does not try to blatantly steal money from their customers. The few rands one maybe could save going with them isn’t worth the hassle when something like a simple return becomes an issue.Ps. the reviews on google by Malcom (CEO) and Jayden (employee) are fake as they are employees of the company who have written them and are clearly being used as a tactic to influence unknowing consumers into thinking they’re highly rated.
