During a pandemic they have a lady working in the kitchen preparing and packing food, no mask on her, no gloves to handle food just so many health hazards. I was very disappointed, stood there watching her pack people's bread rolls using her bare hands. The service itself doesn't leave much to be desired as well.

This is a cheeky bowl. Half rice and literally 8 pieces of chicken strips. 2nd review in a few months. You guys are not serious about your customers complaints or training the staff. We continue to support you as it is convenient for us yet it seems like you dont care and so do your staff as they refunded me instead of giving what i paid for. If this persisits I will have to complain to someone who will actually do something about it.

The cashier was good. The trainee was slower than a turtle. The chips I got were horrible, both presentation and taste. The burgers were mediocre. I've had better experience with other Honchos branches.
