I had an inverter battery unit where the battery was failing less than a year after installing it. Michael assisted with testing our battery, tracing and fixing the inverter fault that caused the battery to overcharge and then replaced the battery after cleaning the whole unit. Service was quick, effective and professional.

I think they deserve 6 stars... I used them to replace our UPS batteries a few weeks ago. Both Rafael and Ana provided exceptional service and were super friendly and helpful. And their prices were lowest of all the quotes, plus they installed the new batteries in our UPS's. I even got to learn a few things in the process, thanks to their generous knowledge sharing. Try them... you will be glad you did so! :-) *UPDATE* 9 months later and their service is even better, if that was at all possible... Really very special owners who continue to go out of their way to help their customers.

Batteries last a year and no warranty claim.accepted. poor quality products with a service to match

worst company ever - very racist treat coloured people with no respect and dignity, dont even work here they give out bad references. company dont even follow labour laws.

Incredible prices and quality batteries we cannot believe how lucky we just got today! They stock lithium ion batteries with a 3500 cycle promise and 10 year warranty by Revov. The whole package deal (complete inverter with all the bits and bobs) for around 21k! Now that's a steal!!!

They sent out a teck to the garage where I was stranded. They had a reconditioned battery with them which they installed. I did have trouble with the positive terminal which they sorted for me. I noticed at their shop they were always helping customers with beyond reasonable service. Thanks Mike.

The team was very friendly and helpful when I bought a car battery and were just as friendly and helpful a year later when they had to replace it under warranty.
