Very neat showroom friendly staff and management

The store layout is very cool and flows nicely. Many different items on display for you to look at and choose. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The parking is good just outside the entrance. I will definitely return.

Well stocked shop for all light fittings and related accessories. Very big selection to choose from. Out of stock items were ordered and available in the store the next day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ammple parking close to store.

First time visiting this store. Bought 2 x 15w globes ( Fridge and Oven ) @ R70 each. Really do think it's a bit expensive but, I needed it . Next time I will rather visit China Town.

It is Sunday, after 12. I walk into the store and go straight under the chandeliers because I know what I want. There is only one other customer being helped. 4min later, one family walks in and gets collected at the entrance for help. Another lady walk in and immediately get asked : ‘How can I help you’?. I wait some more, nothing.It took having to shout to get someone to look my direction including the cashier that had been glued to her phone since. The floor assistants apologised and admitted they did not see me.#sighIf the manager can excercise care in training the staff see, greet and serve the customers who have melamin, that would be fanstatic.But for now, i’ll shop elsewhere.
