I never thought I'd ever have to beg for a copy of a receipt, but I've been gstkruiping all afternoon for a copy invoice for a cylinder head that autozone has acknowledged was sold for my car and I'm still sitting waiting. The consumer protection act says I'm allowed to ask for this.

They don't refund your money. I returned an item the next day. They asked me to purchase something else for that value as they don't do cash refunds. What does the policy say.... GREED.

AutoZone been around for a while. Little dull looking inside, can do with a major cleanup and brighter lighting. However 9/10 I find what I needed. Counter staff helpful. Plenty parking out front, just careful when you reverse out to go.
