This Venue has amazing features however the surrounding Area is filled with Vagrants and people that might have lost there homesLots of visible security and Atleast 5 km away from public transport.Great location However be sensitive when approaching the Venue.

Super affordable, staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is neat and well secured. Used the space to host auditions, and I’ll definitely be back for future projects.
