There is no service in this clinic even if U guys closing it because the nurses even your receptionist staff are careless they are running to eat here we have people that are injured by they have no problem with that high government plz close this sector because it useless

I would like to thank all the health workers of this general hospital indeed they jus a few but they doing a great job l dont have anyone to thank specifically as they work together as a team you may have your faults doctors and all health workers but you so determined in saving people's lives may God do unto u as u do unto us as u put your lives in line to save ours may God keep u as well mayb seventmes over thank you God bless all of you

Very friendly helpful staff today processing the Covid vaccine people. Secure parking and was about a 1and half wait. They were taking walk ins that had registered but not given a SMS invite. This process works well as you keep the daily numbers flowing as there is a delay in getting your eletronic invite date. Keep up the good work everyone.

Good day.I am a resident of hillbrow, on the 20/03/2019 i had an asthma attack at night and i was rushed to hillbrow clinic casualty. On my arrival the sister noticed me as i was struggling to breath and come running to help me the Dr attended to me to ensure i was stable. I was put on nibulizers and oxygen very quickly. As i was laying on the bed lots and lots of patients flocked in and majority in critical conditions. Some where dumped by paramedics who were also in a hurry to go and collect other patients.Even in that demanding situation they attended to everyone categorizing us according to the severity of our conditions. They work as a team, they are very quick. they have a good work flow. They are all humble and allhad a smile on their face. All staff members were approachable and welcoming. In cases where they had life threatening situation we were all made aware that there will be a delay due to the emergency they need to attend to. During my short stay there i have noticed how they dealt with different cases working as counselors to patients n their families, also providing education and dealing With suicide patients. hillbrow consist of people from different countries there was a lot of communication barriers because some of the patients dont understand south african languages but yet the doctors and nurses did their best to assist them.I felt like i was in one of the best private institutions. No matter how many people came bleeding to the hospital the cleaner was there all the time making sure the floors are clean and also assisting in pushing the patients on the wheelchairs. And the health care sister also changed the linen every time a patient got out of the bed.Its a pity i couldn't get their names but that team deserves a thank you from the authority.I would like to say thank you to the staff that was working on the night shift on the 20 of march 2019

Today i received very good service on the babies side... I was attended by Dr Churchill and two ladies whom i think are still students... They checked well the file to see my child's history.... And then there is an old lady who is a sister there who has completely bad service always to everyone ... When anyone sees that old lady they worry whether they will be attended or not.... She is very very mean.... To describe her, i would say she is old, and has a problem with her legs so she kind of struggles to walk and she speaks IsiZulu in a funny way because she is not Zulu.... Im wondering when she will retire ...

I had the worst experience of my life, i took my brother who was poisoned, he was almost dead coz he couldn't even talk or walk due to the symptoms as you can see him on the picture . His bp was evidently high. When we got there, the nurses at the emergency didn't even put a slight effort to assist us, I kindly asked them for their assistance, or directions to where we should go, they told us to go to the clinic as they were not magicians".
