Goodhope Estates

I would not recommend Goodhope Estate in Cape town to anybody due to the following reason's:- The feeling when applying for a rental property, The agents we worked with made us feel that we are unable to afford the property, Yes we asked if the rental could be adjusted due to our affordability which couldn't happen because the owner already bought the rental down which we accepted and continued to apply for the property.- Lack of communication we were approved for the property and the lease would be presented to the landlord to sign however this didn't happen according to the agent the landlord had a stronger candidate than us. this was explained because once you find a suitable family they process the application and a signed lease get send to the new people moving in and than sent to the landlord to sign, during this process we were not aware of new/more application that Goodhope Estates were doing for this property and thought that we were going to get the property due to being successful due to affordability & ticking all of the lease requirements.
