We had a bad experience today (2020-01-10) at Head Boys Waverley. Elize refused to cut my daughter's hair when she found dead lice eggs on her hair. We were send off with a 7 year old girl with wet hair, and in tears. We were not informed about a so called if-lice-or-eggs-then-no-hair-cut-policy" before our visit. If we knew about it

The pricing is surely above average but fortunately so is the service! Great head and neck massage that is not just rushed in a minute, really helped to wind me down after a stressful day. There is a good variety of stylists to suite every personality and character. Very happy with the stylist I ended up with and had a great time. Easy to forget you actually came to do your hair! Love their location in my favorite shopping mall. Brooklyn Mall! Not too big, not too small. All the essentials.
