While the service I received was very good from the actual service team, your internal processes needs a serious overhaul. I kept being transferred around and put on hold to answer a simple question, and I did not appreciate the attitude your sales staff member gave me. He didn't see" the initial appointment

Had two rentokil branded cars driving recklessly in Randpark Ridge area in the past few weeks. One flying down a residential street while we were walking our dogs and one that almost crashed into me yesterday after skipping a red light on Beyers Naudé. Would never recommend.

They invoice you for a 3 month service but never arrive to complete the service. This has gone on for 8 months now. When you phone the call centre, they just pass you on to an area manager/department for that area and simply dont answer the phone or say they will call you back. They never do. For such a large national company, the service delivery is appalling! Even the CT head Office dont take calls or answer the phone. Namely Kevin Maitin and Lee Ann Lakay. Lets see what happens. I have waitied 8 months already just for a phone call to sort my problem out. Useless really!

Great service from Rentokil. They came out for the initial spray and then for the follow up. All things went well for the first two weeks but then started to notice a problem with ants again. I got in contact with Danielle who helped me out and got them out again as it was under the guarantee period. Very happy and many thanks for all your help.

Technicians continuously missed scheduled appointments without the courtesy of a phone call. I then cancelled my contact due to this and am still being billed. I have tried to contact someone to remedy this. I keep getting told to send an email which I do to no avail.
