The most useless bunch of people I have ever dealt with. First of all, my shoes were not finished on the agreed date, then it was gone on the second and third date!! Thereafter, I received a call from Naomi demanding that I had to pay an additional R100, because her employee made a mistake on the quote!! Obviously that was NOT PAID, because surely I cannot be held accountable for their incompetence. My advice to future customers......STAY AWAY from this shop, because they have absolutely no idea what customer service looks like!!!
