These guys should just close the retailer, the service is pitiful they're goods always return. Every time on the floor you'd see returned appliances. They're not even ashamed to put them infront of our eyes. That on its own reduces customer confidence. I think they're selling sub-grade stuff. I wouldn't advise any person to buy there.

Purely disappointing service quality. No integrity. I live 20 mins from the store and only got my order delivered to me an entire week after that(not counting weekend), their website promises 2-5 days delivery. How disgusting.

My sister bought a 52 inch Sansui LED tv few months back, it shows that it was tempered with before, it seems like it was repaired and placed back on the shelves and now it no longer works properly. I'm disgusted!

It was a great visit. Just a bit difficult to get public transport to certain places like Mega City or NWU.

Hifi corporation generally is a mess. They don't have sense of urgency, customer care is rotten. I bought microwave two weeks back, on opening the box I realized it had factory defects, the following morning I returned it for replacement, till this date I am still waiting for replacement. It remains a rubbish, instead of assisting me their so called customer care unit threatened me with lawyers and legal action. I don't care about them, it's a rubbish place

I bought at HiFi Corporation Mafikeng almost R40 000.00 worth of appliances of which one was a 18kg Washing Machine for R8 500.00 because we were tired of struggling with old technology. We bought the machine on 27/07/2021 with in a period of two months the water was coming into the machine poorly so I went into HiFi Corporation and they assisted me to log the fault after two weeks the technician finally showed up after me calling HiSense everyday because this was our only way to get our washing done. He had to replace the water pump on the machine. On 10/05/2022 I had to go back to HiFi Corporation and log another fault on the machine whereby the motor was sounding like it was falling apart. Again after a long wait and calls the technician had to replace the whole motor on the machine. Now again on 15/07/2022 I had to back again to HiFi Corporation to log yet another fault on this machine and you'll notice that this machine has not even reached a year old and only doing washing of four people household. This third time the previous night the machine was working fine and the next morning when we switched it on smoke came out from the PC board. The fault was logged and the technician came out and gave a report to HiSense and pictures stating that it was a power surge that blew the PC board. Now HiSense has gone and voided the warranty on this machine. I have since called HiSense every week for a supervisor or manager to give me a call and explain to me how could a power surge only burn the washing machines PC board and not one of my other appliances that was also in use at the time? I have been to HiFi Corporation Mafikeng almost everyday since HiSense has voided the warranty of the machine and informed the Manager of HiFi Corporation Mafikeng that I want this machine to be replace or refunded because this was obviously a factory dud that I purchased from them that has had three repairs under a year and still till today no resolve from them on this matter! HiFi Corporation will not be seeing me nor any of my contacts in their store and I will be spreading the word far and wide!

Having such a bad experience with this company and waiting almost 2 months for something that I have ordered online and never recieved, it seems that the assistant manager at this branch (Poppie) is the only one that is willing to take the responsibility and deliver real customer service. She is honest and does her best to make her clients happy. Never recieving a phone call or an email from any other manager or regional manager or even head office. The rest of this companies management team can be proud to have an employee like Poppie that actually takes charge and gets the job done. YOU DESERVE TO RUN THAT STORE POPPIE

The manager is the best , i have encountered problems twice and he did his best to assist .also thumbs up to the customer care rep also.

I got a very special help , they made sure I got what I want & even got it with a cheaper price than I expected. I'm very happy .
