Awesome service from Regan in Strand but there Return people in there Head office don't have customer care experience he needs training Michael can't even sort a complaint out he was so rude with me over the phone... Can't see that the Manager of the Branch (Starnd) can be so busy that he can't deal with a complaint... was waiting for a return call from Nadine, i called he again after a half and hour she didn't even bother call me back wow what a service from Goldwagen Strand and there Head offices..I always get great service in Strand from the guy's in front thanks guys..
