Drove all the way to the place from Johannesburg on Friday. We got there and we were told the place closes at 12h30 on Friday yet online times stated that the place opens until 16h30 Mon - Fridays.It was a wasted trip for me and the gentleman that helped was rude too

I'm absolutely flabbergasted that wire in certain forms are essential in moving pallets.Without wire we cannot manufacture pallets for food.This covid has hit right in the beginning of citrus season. With so many other industries closed Citrus will play a small part in job creation. Without wire citrus will fall flat. Common CWI someone at least answer your phones and tell us what your plans are.Same as forestry also closed.

Company that sells quality wire products, too bad that the staff are rude and unhelpful. The sales clerk ladies are more interested in browsing social media sites instead of helping customers. Terribly poor front line service.
