Pets Travel - Durban
They are responsible for importing my dog, and I must say the incompetence and laziness of these people is staggering. They have only the most basic understanding of the English language which leads to frequent spelling errors, and they are so incredibly rude and unhelpful. It is on the client to do everything, you must do all the paperwork and follow up on everything. Wish I had done it myself rather than spend money on this freak show, but the money is not refundable so watch out everyone!

Petstravel was amazing when they transported our basset hound from Sedgefield to Johannesburg. They made sure to jeep is updated on the trip and our doggy got to us safe and sound. 10/10 would recommend Petstravel to others!

The Pets Travel team, lead my Colleen, is absolutely amazing, I highly recommend them for your pets travel needs. They are experts in their field and managed my pets international travel with complete excellence. My pet had to travel through multiple cities and kennelled which had all been managed by Pets Travel. 5 Stars to the Ralun team as well. Thank you for bringing my beloved pet safely back to his family.
