SUPERSPAR Mokopane

The store I clean, has a huge variety of essentials and they are priced reasonably. The isles are neat

The customer service for Mokopane Spar is very bad. I used to buy at Spar Northwold in Gauteng and their customer service was very good. When I recently moved to Mokopane I thought I would get the same customer service but its not the same. Everytime I'm buying the security guards are always following me and staring at me as if I am stealing yet I am buying. I understand security guards have to check but what they are now doing is unacceptable and annoying. I cannot be treated like a thief when I am supporting your store. Another customer had to ask the security if they is a problem because he also felt the same whilst buying. I like your freshly baked bread but I have just reached a point where I do not enjoy buying it daily because of the bad customer experience.

Avery welcoming place to shop at. The staff always ready to help. I buy my grocery there every month. Prices are reasonable especially on basic food like milk, sugar, mealie meal etc

My everyday shopping supermarket where I get everything I need. An added advantage is that the store closes at 20h00.

Good place to be.

Convenient not too crowded most of the time

Dont have the advertised specials. This is happeninh everytime there is specials. Think they keep it back to make extra profit
