Fastway Couriers (East London)

At this point y'all should just shutdown the business because clearly you are not interested in delivered parcels. Keeping our parcels at your Bay for weeks is soo not cool. And no one answers the phone!!!!! Worst courier company of all the time.

My Parcel was out for Delivery for 3days but at long last I Recieved it.

I did a follow up after 4pm today on the delivery that was due as per the email that I received at 8:59 today.To my surprise when I followed up I was told that the driver couldn't get through and when he finally got through for directions I dropped the the phone. I told the rude lady that the driver is lying, I didn't any call that's why I'm following up. She defended the driver. I will never use this courier company again and I will never to any one that I know.defending that. She told me that I can't say the drive is lying and she is not going to help if I 'm I'm raising my voice. I don't know if if I was supposed to clapp my hands or dance for her arrogance.

Does anyone actually work at Fastway East London? The phone just rings endlessly. Called 5 separate times between 09h00 and 11h00 to just be met with endless ringing.Very unfortunate that there appears to be no care about customer satisfaction based on all the reviews below.

I'm still waiting for mine it's about a month nw the drivers are not delivering my I'm disappointed

I called earlier Thursday regarding my delivery and they said I will receive it that day. I waited until 4 o'clock, they didn't deliver until now. No one answering the phone.

Pathetic,pathetic,pathetic....I really don't know why they are in business. I needed my parcel before Christmas, am so dissappointed....

Utterly useless. Been waiting 4 weeks for a purchase, and 2.5 weeks for a collection. Drivers clueless, don’t call, snd weeks and weeks later, I’m still waiting for a call, email, or sms. YOU ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.

Worst worst worst worst worst courier serviceThere is a lady working there. I told her i cant get through to PE Branch can she assist me. She said no sorry i have to phone again and again till PE helps me, but i can still give her the tracking number so she can try and help me. She just put the phone down and did not answer the phone call again. I tried phoning more that 10 Times. NATIONWIDE fastway courier is bad.I just even don't want to give them 1 Star.Please keep up with your performance. Soon enough you will be fastAway CouriersSies

Don’t even know what to say about their service it’s been 2 weeks now they don’t want to deliver my parcel where I am staying the drivers tell me I should go and pick it up in town and when I trace it they always lie saying they can’t reach me on the phone I even doubt If I will ever get that when I call their Queenstown offices they saying I should try and meet the driver halfway yet I paid for the door to door services and I’m only 15kms away from town don’t ever use this company it’s just full of people who are selfish and negligent
