I've had my ups and downs with this McDonald's but no matter what issue I have they always help me sort it out. This McDonald's can pride itself on its service delivery. Well done McDonald's Newcastle!

The manager was making a lot of noise shouting at his staff. My niece was even scared of the shouting. It was not a good experience, also the burger had less sauces, I guess the staff were being rushed by the shouting manager.

What a wonderful service we received . The Ladies were friendly and very helpful. The inside and outside was spotless clean. And some good food aswell. Thank you for a friendly service.

Nice and clean. Friendly service. Card machines were down however. Overall a pleasant visit but on the end of the day just another McD... nothing special to set them apart.

Yesterday which was on the 09th of august 2021 the service was very poor, many customers gave up and left because of the long queues. I just wonder who came up with these self service machines because they cause delays, people are struggling using them and this option of choosing drinks sucks, just imagine if you are seven.

I wanted to enjoy my meal outside as it was a lovely day, but beggars kept asking me for food while I was eating. I would rather just take a take away next time I'm there and eat at home. Food was great though.

After queuing at the drive-through for almost 30 minutes, we are told they're not serving any meals, burgers only.2 kids in the car, hungry, impatient and no happy meals.The least they can do is put a sign up saying they have a small fraction of their menu available.
