Mopping at 11.00am the staff had a loud conversation. The only customer in the store I tried getting their attention after 2 of the staff walked past me and ignored me and still loudly conversing. I informed them they totally ignored me and will be writing a bad review only for them to burst out laughing. Went to tekkie town just above shoecity and was instantly approached and helped. Shame on you Shoecity. The rent in Baywest must be cheap for you to ignore customers.

Friendly and helpful staff along with quality goods. This was quite a pleasant experience shopping in a well managed shoe city store with staff that is eager and willing to assist customers with whatever they may need. They were very patient and efficient staff and excellent client service.

Shoe City doesn't allow customers to shop from 15h15 due to mopping up before closing at 17h00. Two hours of cleaning is two hours of lost business.
