Excellent service from Sifiso in the parts department! I ordered a part, we encountered trouble with the logistics and delivery. He sacrificed his day off just to make sure I received the part I needed. He then delivered to my door at my convenience!!! Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! I'll definitely recommend a visit!

I am utterly dissappointed with the service of this place. Dolly at reception was kind and helpful, however, Frans (not sure what his position is) is just not on the ball with things, to be honest. My car would not start and the Insurance person advised that it was a minor issue which can be resolved very quickly. My car was towed from Eshowe to this place on Wednesday: 09/12/2020 around 11am and I only received a call that my car was delivered around 16h30 that day, telling me they would only check my car on the following Friday: 11/12/2020. The whole of Friday morning, none of my calls were answered, only around 3pm on the Friday, did i get hold of Frans who informed me that they had only gotten to my car at that time and still need to check what the problem is. This now meant it would be a job for Monday morning. Monday afternoon i call and no progress. I am told about an issue with my service history (mind you, i have to call to check on it; they did not provide courtesy of updating me on that.) Late afternoon on Monday, i am informed that they need to check if my car is still under warranty. This would be a task for the following Tuesday, which is today. I, again, called around noon today to check on progress, i am told they have not checked if my car is still under warranty and they would call me and advise before close of business. I have just called again around 16h55, no answer and they have now closed shop. Tomorrow is a public holiday: 16/12/2020 which means they could only possibly call me on Thursday to advise on the warranty, or even Friday because they dont offer the courtesy of updating me timeously and keeping to commitments they make. This has further delayed the process of ordering parts which are required and eventually getting my car back. With all the delays they make and the holidays this Dec, i could potentially only get my car back next year. I am not happy with the service here and feel it necessary to state that another person is needed to work with Frans because he cannot handle all queries on his own. Although he says he understands the urgency, i dont actually think he does because his actions and false promises do not show it. It is not his fault that the car is faulty, however, in his position, he has a duty to provide an efficient service. If i was able to, i would tow it to another shop because this one is just an inconvenice. Highly unrecommended

Mr Frans Oosthuizen installed me a faulty air-con resistor. When I complained I’m being undermined as if it’s my fault. He doesn’t take my calls nor no replies to my emails. From 8 November 2022I want to escalate this matter, I won’t rest until my car is fixed

Some of the poorest service I’ve ever received from a business.. first occasion I had my vehicle towed in for repair as cam belt had snapped sat two hours waiting for assistance. No one would even come out of their office to have a look they just said leave vehicle and took my number.. I decided to take my elsewhere.. second occasion I went in on a Saturday to order a part. I made courtesy call on Monday to verify part was ordered, I was told it was. Thursday I called to check if it had arrived only to be told the part is not available! Found the part in a neighboring town for far less and took a day to come. If you have any issues with you vehicle I would highly recommend NOT USING THEM!

Good dayTerrible service received at Fury provincial motors Richards bay.On (16/08/2021) I took my car for a 180k service.I was the first one to arrive in the workshop as early as 06:30 am. It's strange enough that I was also the last to leave.I was so disappointed to see a number of vehicles leaving the workshop before me. Even those that came around 9:00 left earlier. One thinks first come first served basis should apply.I received my car at 3:30 pm. When went for payment I requested all the replaced parts back. Unfortunately upon payment by EFT couldn't go through twice and I said let me try to make the payment on the banking app. I did it and waited to be verified. It went through and the proof of payment was to be sent to the Service advisor Mr Frans Oostuihzen's email address. After verification i asked him if he had received a proof of payment. He replied no. I showed him that the transaction went through. He never even wanted to see or listen because the problem could also had been with his email. He told me that I should leave and come back the following day in a very disrespectful manner. I wonder how Frans was appointed in that position.I asked him why should i come tomorrow because the proof that a payment had been made is here. At 5:00 pm He left me like that and I told him that I will only leave here with my car. One guy remained behind whom i believed is his senior . He also claimed that i should leave otherwise he would find someone to help me to leave. I simply asked him why should I leave without my car.I said if I'm doing anything wrong he should call the police. I showed him the proof atleast he listened and realized that the payment had really been made and requested me to send the proof to him.That was when he called Frans the guy who left me and told him that payment had been made & he should come and give my keys back. I waited there till 6:00 pm and the guy came with a very bad attitude and gave me my keys.I was disrespected and bullied unnecessarily. I was treated like a criminal and felt so small.When i checked the replaced parts as requested . Some of the parts that are there on the invoice are not there in the car I wondered why and to me it says that those parts were not replaced but i was charged.The car displayed code 89 thereafter that was not there beforeIt is also making strange loud noise and vibrates when opening fan/air-conditioner.The following morning i had a scheduled trip that I had to cancel because i had to take the car back to the workshop just because of inefficient service received. I'm really not happy about the experience i had with them . I had to spend the whole second day at the workshop. Do you know the impact your poor service has on us! Our families had to bear the results of your unprofessionalism.I hope you will understand the matter and provide necessary interventions for remedy.
