Very nice guys to deal with. Always have parts in stock, or they will make a plan! Great Landy Centre!!

Nice variety of parts online, better to call them first to hear if they have stock if you urgently need your parts. Giving three stars because the customer service is not great. Called a few times and the receptionist puts me through to no one and when asked to be called back they never call and you’re lucky if you get a reply on your email.

Highest of praises to Ismail at LR Service Centre.Always a total pleasure dealing with him, very helpful and knowledgeable. He delivers 6 star customer service each and every time!

If i could give them zero rating i would have done it! They changed parts that i never asked for causing warning lights to come on. After telling them to put old switch back they still left their faulty new part in leaving me stranded in cape town for a week. When i eventually called them i was told they took same part out another client's car to test in my car!!! What great business would do a thing like that??? When i complained and had a word with one of the owners,his attitude told me to take my car and never return,not even trying to resolve the problem!!! They might be ok on the old landrover but STEER CLEAR WITH YOUR NEWER RANGE ROVER AND DISCO 3UPWARDS!!! VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! MINUS ZERO STARS TO THEM AND THE OWNER NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT A CLIENT!!!!! The MOST UPSETTING PART IS THEY USED ANOTHER CLIENT'S PART IN MY CAR TO SEE IF THEIR NEW PART IS FAULTY!!! WOULD ANYBODY LIKE THEIR PARTS TO BE TESTED IN SOME OTHER CLIENT'S CAR,NO NOT AT ALL,hence my minus minus rating!!!!

My Land Rover has a soul. For the same reason I am going to church service, my Land Rover comes here for a service. For praises, fellowship and being restored, cleansed and forgiven.

I had a great experience at LR Service Centre. Friendly, efficient and kept me in the loop regarding repairs. Maddy was great to deal with. I would recommend them.
