Rooms were nice and spacious. The outdoor shower was a nice change. However the staff were terrible. I was verbally and physically assaulted by one of the managers and the owner allowed it. Its a pity that it's owned and managed by such terrible people because its actually a nice venue in a good location

I would be able to rate the rooms on my next visit, the place was fully booked but they were able to swiftly move me to a nearby guesthouse by Charles. The breakfast was served with so much love from the 3 friendly ladies manning the kitchen

Our stay here was excellent! We celebrated with a birthday getaway and we enjoyed every minute at Sand River .Rooms are lovely, very clean and comfortable beds ! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, friendly and helpful.The property is exquisite with short paths down to the river to explore at your convenience. Smoking friendly with sliding doors from your room into the stunning pool area. Breakfast was good and fresh, staff very willing to accommodate you .Wonderful weekend and highly recommend!

I completely enjoyed my stay here. I was welcomed with arms. The scenery is breath-takingly beautiful. The rooms are exceptional. Definitely, recommend this place to anyone who wants some peace and quiet.

Sand River Guest House
This is such an amazing place. In general, the whole place is neat and clean. The Treehouse is very private and next to the river. The staff is just exceptional, professional, helpful, gives attention to guests and very polite. I would highly recommend this accommodation establishment for business travelers and leisure.

The place is in a perfect location, it is a very beautiful place, I loved the rooms, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The onke thing that bothered me was that the parking was not enough. It's so small that u end up parking other guests in or close the exit point
