Worst experience shopping at House and Home. Bad phone manners, Kgosi is NEVER at work when I need to speak to him and the over all service is dreadful !I will not recommend anyone to buy from Rustenburg House and home.

PIETER JANSE VAN VUUREN IS A PROBLEM IN RUSTENBURG HOUSE AND HOME NO WONDER THE BAD REVIEW. HE STRAIGHT UP TOLD ME FEW HOURS AGO ON WHEN ONE OF HIS STAFF CALLED HIM TO WITH A FOLLOW ON MY PROBLEM THAT HE'S TOO BUSY TO TALK . I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND , HE SAID ILL NEVER GET IT .I BOUGHT A WASHING MACHINE(IT HAD WATER INSIDE) ON 28/06/22 THE FOLLOWING DAY I TOLD HIM IT WAS BROKEN , I NEED A REPLACEMENT, SINCE HE DIDNT HAVE STOCK ,HE PROMISED TO SEND SOMEONE. NO ONE CALLED NOTHING WHATSOEVER . WHEN BACK FOR A FOLLOW UP THATS WHEN I WAS BEEN MISTREAT BY A WHOLE MANAGER. HOW THEN DO YOU EXPECT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STAFF WHEN A WHOLE MANAGER IS THAT RUDE?WHAT MAKES ME ANGRY IS THE FACT THAT HE DROPPED THE PHONE ON ME.I'M SITTING HERE WITH A BROKEN MACHINE AND A PILE OF DIRTY CLOTHES. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO AS CUSTOMER WHEN PIETER THE MANAGER DOESNT EVEN WHAT TO REFUND ME, SO I CAN GO BUY WHERE THEY VALUE THEIR CUTOMERS??????

I bought a very expensive fridge, and thought delivery will be included. I was charged an additional R700 to get it delivered and then I still had to help off load and move it inside. I would think over a certain price range within a 50km radius delivery could be free or at a nominal price. This was my second purchase from H&H and both cash but certainly my last. Will in future look at other options.

My wife bought midea washing machine on the 23 november 22,we found machine to be faulty showing Error3 n reported the matter on the 7 December because we could not get the shop assistant on their office line.i was helped by Kgosi trying to log a ticket for repair bt didnt succed n logged a ticket for repairs myself when i got homeNow its over 20 days we stuck with a non working washing machine,,,,NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I bought a dishwasher, paid in full , staff said they had one at the warehouse and will phone me when it's ready to collect . Actually came in toe the store to find out if I could collect only to be told that they dont have it and the one they have is broken and they cant give me what I already paid for.Most horrible ridiculous staff I've ever seen. Mr Karabo said he cant do anything and just left me to figure it out myself.Horrendous service

Didn't have the frigde/freezer in stock,and no discount for cash.
