Rudest nastiest and most incompetent staff absolutely ever. Will never ever buy anything again ever from Incredible connection if I can avoid it. Ordered online and came through as arranged with their staffer to collect and got put through the mill with paperwork then only ay end to be told their system was down and although the item was available and had proof of payment and all necessary to collect as their system was down till they were not sure when - maybe the next day / maybe not, I could not have the paid for and arranged for collection item. To boot the manager and the rest of the children employed by the store thought it was quite amusing..

Received extremely poor service, brought in a mini ups, the technician (won't mention his name here) initial response was as if to deter me, is it will take 3 to 4 weeks as it must be sent away

Incredible Connection Canal Walk
I had a bad experience with this stores technician, the unfriendly service I received from them. his name is Hein. I went to the store 3 weeks ago to return my son's Samsung tablet. Provided all the documents for the insurance claim. To be told that he would email me with the details of the claim. It's been 3 weeks. I called the store yesterday and another unfriendly gentleman told me he would let the manager contact me. All I ask is for proof of the insurance claim and how far this procedure is. No response this far from the store. I will be reporting this to the police as this and treat it as a criminal offense. The worst service I ever experienced from any retail store ever.

The staff is friendly, but not very knowledgeable about what they are supposed to sell. After trying to phone for days with no one answering, I went in and phoned the store while in the store. I could clearly hear the phone ring, but no one attempted to answer it. I returned a laptop I bought for 18k, that which could have been a simple solution, turned into a pleasant experience of a refund and an oath to never set foot there again.

Was just in the store and the staff are more interested in what’s on the TV assisting clients in the store. I made the mistake of asking someone at the counter for assistance only for him to angrily tell me he’s not available he’s helping someone else. I would have waited if he just said “I’ll be with you shortly”

Incredible Connection Canal Walk
Hein Buchner took care of my machine's booting problem. When handing the machine back to me he very patiently took the time to restore previous settings and reload apps, etc. which used to be on the machine. With me sitting next to him he reset passwords to ensure my access to protected data and sites.He is an asset to Incredible Connection because of his technical skills, patient demeanor and ensuring client satisfaction.

Wow, I'm left totally disturbed and frazzled after my visit to this store. I went there today, looking to spend a 5k on SD cards, unfortunately there was no stock on hand, which is disappointing, yet totally understandable. What frightened me was the total lack of customer assistance, misogynistic undertones and then bullying I received from the staff. SIES!!!! Will never come to this store again and will make sure that everyone I know and their circles never buys at this branch again. As soon as I left this store I called the Cavendish branch and they were more than happy to help and go out of their way to make a plan for me. Please sort this out, we do not need angry little men running the world anymore its 2023.

Incredible Connection Canal Walk
I was looking to buy a new phone cash and unlike other shops I went to before, I got fantastic service here from Bulelani. Only negative was that I couldn't pick up the demo phones to see the back and feel the weight so I went to the Samsung Experience shop to do that (which seems to be the only thing they are good for - service at Incredible Connection was 200% better and the phones cheaper too).
