The staff is so friendly and professional. I was assisted by Jade who was extremely helpful. She was able to answer all our questions and concerns and was so patient with us. Even though it was almost time to close the store, she didn't rush the service and still accommodated my questions with patience, ease and comprehensive answers. I will definitely visit that store again if I need anything vodacom related. Thank you Cellucity Canal Walk. You can wear your smile proudly knowing that you always give your best no matter who walks through that door.

My experience at a Cellucity was such a pleasure. I called in and was assisted by Jade. I expressed my interest in two completely different handsets and she was able to guide me to my perfect choice. I also ended up taking a laptop contract as the deal was amazing! She had both my contact and upgrade ready for me the same day!Talk about service. I will recommend Cellucity Canal Walk any day!

Cellucity Canal Walk - I would like to commend you on your staff, particularly Chris who is surely a MASSIVE ASSET to you guys. I was helped immediately by him. I managed to have my upgrade completed, signed, AND received my phone in under 30 minutes. Chris was efficient, he was kind, humble and a pleasure to deal with! Over all the years, I've never experienced customer service from any walk in store as I have yesterday. Kudos to you Chris, wishing you all the success in your future ahead and definitely looking forward to my next upgrade!

I have been to a Telkom and Vodacom Store today. The only difference between all the network providers is basically the service..I was disappointed in the 2 stores I visited today....Like they say 3rd time lucky..My expectations was exceeded by the service received at Cellucity canal walk today . I was happy to conclude my deal by the ever professional and friendly Gareth. I left came back to buy accessories for my son and what can I say on my second visit I was amazed at the same friendly service received from Waheed. .I will definitely be telling all my family and friends to make their way to this store to receive top class service. Well done on exceeding my experience and thank you for the amazing service you guys rock

I was pleasantly surprised by the good and prompt service that I received from Wahid. He knew the product and the offerings and was able to help me quickly to do an upgrade. I am also impressed with the level of stock that Cellucity Canal walk hold, as they were able to supply me with my preferred color phone and accessories immediately. If there was 10 stars for great service to give i would sure still give an 11!! From receiving us when we walked in the door till we left all we got was excellent service!!!
