I finally found a gym with smiling faces, with good fun vibes. No pretentiousness. No judgement. Just a gym with filled with supportive members and trainers. All wonderful human beings. The gym is well positioned next to to a yoga studio, dance studio, restaurant, nursery and grocer. The gym is well-ventilated and airy and spotless.

I have been personal training with Jay since 2012 and a member of Phoenix since inception. I rate Phoenix a 10/10 for a fitness journey like no other. A tight gym family of like minded individuals sharing goals, knowledge and experience. All you will ever need in terms of the correct instruction and guidance in diet, exercise and a fit/ strength balanced way of life, all while having lots of fun in the process. My journey with Phoenix has been and continues to be next level and I would highly recommend Phoenix Strength and Fitness.
