Nedbank Running Club has amazing members, extremely welcoming regardless of how fast or slow you are.Weekly time trials on Wednesday at 17h30 at Beacon Bay Country Club.Members get weekly emails to indicate all the different sessions they can partake in.Affiliated with Athletics South Africa (ASA).Nedbank Running Club is the largest running club in South Africa and this is the East London offering.
